Processing Your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our fulfillment team carefully prepares each order at our Los Angeles facility, typically within 3–5 business days. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Timeframe

Nature Span® ships internationally using DHL Premium and other trusted couriers to ensure reliable global delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment

While we work diligently to meet estimated timeframes, external factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or global disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@naturespan.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been processed. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible.

Cancelling Your Order

Orders can be cancelled at any time before processing. To request a cancellation and receive a full refund, email us at support@naturespan.com. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy for instructions on returns and refunds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the rare event your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please reach out to us immediately at support@naturespan.com. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a resolution, including a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Free Shipping Promotions

Tracking Your Order
