At NatureSpan®, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return policy for unopened and unused bottles of our supplements. Here’s how it works:

Return Eligibility

Unopened and Unused: For safety and quality assurance, we can only accept returns for products that are still sealed and unused.

Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@naturespan.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Package: Securely package the unopened product for return.

Shipping Instructions: Our customer care team will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.

Subscription Changes

We understand your health needs may evolve. You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time. Manage your subscription through your NatureSpan® account or by contacting us at support@naturespan.com.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
